Fund raising screening of Bo66y – The Movie
Couldn't see it anywhere. Delete if done. Not sure the tickets are actually on sale yet?

London Borough of Barking and Dagenham

We’re proud to be hosting a fund raising screening of Bo66y – The Movie at the Broadway theatre Barking on Thursday 2 June at 7.00pm.

Bo66y – The Movie celebrates the life of the Barking born England and West Ham legend Bobby Moore, perhaps the country's greatest ever defender, with contributions from his team-mates, opponents and those who were inspired by him.

Roberta Moore, daughter of the late England captain will be the Council’s guest of honour on the evening along with the film’s producer the former Sky Sports journalist Matthew Lorenzo.

Later in the year we’re celebrating England’s famous World Cup win at the One Borough Community Day on 30 July – the 50th anniversary of the victory.

Tickets to the fund raising screening are priced at £20 and are available from The Broadway theatre Box Office on 020 85075607 or by going to

http://www.thebroadwaybarking.com/Sales/Genres/Community/Bo66y-Moore---The-Movie

All ticket proceeds will go to The Moore Family Foundation

It's a very good film but as a West Ham fan I was obviously biased. Not sure if you was younger or not a West Ham fan you'd be rushing to watch it. Good memories though

Geoff Hurst said on the Farewell Boleyn thing that Bobby was maybe a few months older than him but that he was still a hero to him
